Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime Gets Android Pie Update in India, May Security Patch: Report

Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime has Allegedly begun receiving a new software Upgrade in India, which brings Android Pie to the mid-range Mobile.

The update has also introduced the 1 UI, and with it, a range of new features such as Night Mode, reorganised settings menu layout, and camera landscape optimiser to list a few. The latest update for the Galaxy On7 Prime also brings the updated May Android safety patch which claims to fix seven crucial vulnerabilities, along with a host of different vulnerabilities with moderate and high risk levels.

The latest software update for its Galaxy On7Prime is reportedly being rolled out as a stable OTA for users in India, also can be 1,034MB in size. The rollout of this Android Pie-based update for its Galaxy On7 Prime was first seen by SamMobile, but we are yet to come across reports of users actually receiving the aforesaid update in India. As for the upgrade itself, the most notable changes it brings will be the May Android Security limitation along with the upgrade to Android Pie. Night mode and a redesigned configurations menu layout with a focus on access and multiple new interactive components have made their way to the Galaxy On7 Prime via the upgrade.

Another noteworthy introduction is the Scene Optimizer in the camera program, together with editing tools from Photo Editor Pro in the Gallery program and fresh storage analysis tools in My Files app. Other important changes include the ability to respond to messages straight from the telling panel, new emojis from the Samsung keyboard, floating keyboard with transparency alterations, and Bixby improvements have also came on the Galaxy On7 Prime.
