Skype for Android, iOS Gets New Screen Share Feature: How to Use

After Analyzing it for Almost two Weeks, Skype Screen Share Attribute is now rolling out for Android and iOS users.

Skype has declared that display sharing on mobile is available on the latest versions of Skype on Android and iOS apparatus running iOS 12 and up. With this new feature, users will be able to talk about their cellular screen screens with the individual they’re on a video phone with, together with the tap of a button. Recently, Skype has got the ability to perform a group call with up to 50 participants.

To activate the Screen Share feature, users need to download the most recent version of Skype from Google Play or App Store. Once you’re on the most recent version of Skype on Android or iOS, try making a video phone and employing the new Screen Chat option. To remember, it went right into testing for Skype Insider users back in April.

The choice can be accessed by tapping the 3 dots in the bottom of the display, and then picking Screen Share. This feature can help users share their screens to reveal co-workers a PowerPoint presentation, or share their swipes on relationship apps with friends, or do some co-ordinated online shopping too.

Aside from this, Microsoft notes the calling UI has also received a redesign at the Skype program. It essentially simplifies a movie call — a single tap removes all telephone controls from the display, and a double tap will remove everything else onto the screen as well. Users can bring all the controls back by single tapping on the display once again.
